The story …. Ruqayyah Oud

On the 7th March 2021 , we had been blessed with a very special and precious gift . (ALL PRAISE AND glory alone is for Him) She is celebrated as Ruqayyah.

I chose this name because of the fascinating and colossal meanings it revers. 

Charming, Attractive, rise , ascend, refined , elevated, Gentle, Beautiful, protected from.

Attributes I pray manifest inside of her own character aswell as her prodigy. Ameen.

I had always been inspired to leave a memory or a legacy for her behind, something that she can physically connect to and spiritually experience. 

Oud Ruqayyah was therefore born.....

Opens with what is known as the Queen of flowers, Rose, sourced from the region of India, Rose is one of the most prized notes in today's perfumery and very difficult to source authentic pure unadultered Rose. So I had to make a effort to source the very best. So I begin by introducing to you a Queen.

The Rose is then followed by another floral accord, Jasmine ! Which denotes the strength and courage to blossom even at the most arduous of time, once blossomed, it offers a strong sweet smelling accords. So patience is key,  After difficulty comes ease. I hope that in her times of difficulty she champions patience and drives zealously forward.

As we reach the heart of the composition, saffron (zafran) as it is known in heaven, is an accord I had to add, it symbolises so much, from it being the most precious spice in the world, rare and precious (just like Ruqayyah)

Sandalwood then introduces itself, champions itself from being the most prized single note used in a perfume bottle, everyone one loves sandalwood, but what does it represent, warmth, sweet woody accords that turn into a beautiful creamy aroma and very rich, possess elegance and luxury.

The Creaminess oozes as the scent settles onto the skin, lush and fulfilling. Dreamy like almost. 

In the base we have so many special accords, the king of pure oud, Musk and Ambergris oils used. Unadultered, non synthetic and purely Sublime. 

Namely Malaysian Oud, Cambodian Oud, Hindi Oud, Grey Ambergris , Tonkin Deer Musk , this explosive base is to typically depicts the authority and completeness in the composition, we end strong, as per life, we hope to end on a 'husnul hatima, a blessed end!

All ingredients used in this composition are 100% natural, non synthetics, hence the fragrance would be a super Extrait.
